We guarantee that your Shih Tzu puppy will be free from any life-threatening genetic disorders for one (1) year from the date of adoption. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose your puppy with a hereditary condition that significantly affects their quality of life within the first year, we will:
Offer a replacement puppy of equal value (when available), OR
Work with you on a resolution that may include partial reimbursement or medical assistance, depending on the circumstances.
This guarantee does not cover health issues caused by neglect, injury, poor diet, or failure to follow proper veterinary care recommendations.
To keep your health guarantee valid, we ask that you:
Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption for an initial check-up.
Keep your puppy up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and flea/parasite prevention.
Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment.
Feed a high-quality diet appropriate for Shih Tzu puppies.
Do not expose your puppy to high-risk environments (such as dog parks) until they are fully vaccinated.
