We understand that not all families are located nearby, and that’s why we offer reliable, compassionate, and carefully planned shipping and delivery options for our Shih Tzu puppies across the U.S. (or update with your country/region).
Bringing a new puppy home should be exciting, not stressful. We work closely with experienced pet transportation professionals to ensure your puppy travels safely, comfortably, and arrives in excellent health. Whether you’re a few hours away or across the country, we make it our mission to deliver your pup into your arms with care and confidence.
This is our most preferred and recommended shipping method. A professional, USDA-certified flight nanny accompanies your Shih Tzu puppy in the cabin of a commercial flight and hand-delivers them directly to you at your nearest major airport.

For families within driving distance or in select regions, we also offer door-to-door ground delivery. Puppies travel in climate-controlled vehicles with regular breaks, soft bedding, and direct human supervision.

If you’re close by or prefer to meet your puppy in person, we always welcome families to pick up their Shih Tzu directly from us. This gives you the chance to meet the pup, ask questions, and see where they were raised.

Every Shih Tzu puppy shipped from Pure Shih Tzu Pups will come with:
A clean, comfortable travel crate (if required by carrier).
Up-to-date vaccination and deworming records.
Health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian.
Starter food and a small comfort item (like a blanket with mom’s scent).
Travel tips and a welcome guide for new owners.
Once your shipping or pickup date is confirmed, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know. You’ll receive real-time updates and communication throughout the process so you’re fully informed and ready to welcome your puppy. Please be available and on time for pickup or delivery to reduce any stress for your new pup.
We never ship puppies as cargo under any circumstance.
All travel arrangements prioritize safety and comfort above speed.
We only release puppies for travel once they are at least 8 weeks old and cleared by a vet.
Delivery availability may be affected by extreme weather conditions or airline restrictions we will always keep you informed.
